Residential vs Commercial

Residential rate vs commercial rate:
You can choose whichever tariff you feel suits you best.

You may have followed a link saying ‘What’s the difference in the residential or commercial rate?’.

Residential

If you live locally and are self-funding, or you’re a volunteer, artist or freelancer, choose the residential tariff. The residential rate has been calculated to cover the bare minimum costs of the coworking space, and is the more accessible rate available.

I understand what it’s like to be working from home, day in day out, craving being around other people, even if that means sitting with headphones on, in silence surrounded by others.

Commercial

If you’re running a business, or work for a business that is paying / funding is paying your place, please opt for the commercial rate. Coworking space hire, and coworking space membership can be offset as an expense as 'office costs’.

A receipt is automatically available in the booking platform under ‘invoices’.

I hope that helps clear up the difference and why there are two prices. You choose between them, I’m not going to query it.
