Wellbeing walks with The Clear Space
Free weekly Wellbeing Walk - cowalking, as I'm calling it
Me and Laura (Babb, The Clear Space) are going to meet up and make the most of Friday mornings before we start work. With the aim of getting some much needed vitamin D and instilling a routine through winter, getting us out of the house (and old post office).
Join us on Friday mornings to make the most of the morning light. Morning light is especially important in regulating our natural body-clock. Getting some gentle exercise before you start your day can leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Walks will be tailored depending on who is in the group, and we'll walk at whatever pace feels comfortable for those in attendance.
It's not a networking thing and there's zero obligation to stay and cowork afterwards - you can dump your bag/bike etc at 7.45 and pick up at 8.45 if that's useful. Walks will take place every Friday morning from 7.45am - 8.45am. Meeting at The Old Post Office.
